- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes, and it installs there from the browser if the use calls for it. No second build.
- Who sees what?
- Access is set from the start, with you. Adding security afterwards never works completely.
- Can I get my data out?
- At any time, in an open format. Data you cannot export is not really yours.
- Can you put an AI agent in it?
- Yes, if it has real work to do: drafting a summary, sorting enquiries, answering from your documents.
- What if it grows?
- The data is modelled before the interface. That decides whether adding a field takes ten minutes or three days.
